Important Illustration/Logo Design Rights: ***Please Read BEFORE placing a Custom Illustration Order with Me***
Custom Illustrations come with a Personal Use License ONLY (included with the price of the illustration). Exclusive Rights to illustrations are NOT included with the custom illustration purchase, but are available at an additional $100 fee. If the Exclusive Use License is not purchased for the illustration, copies of the illustration (or variations of the illustration) will be listed and resold on my Pickled Premade Website as a premade graphic (and may be listed on other sites for sale, such as iStockPhoto.com). If Exclusive Rights are purchased for a custom illustration, the client has the right to display the Exclusively owned image in any way they want, without limitations. I will NOT list the graphic for sale on my online store (or any other online store), or reproduce/resell any copies or color variations of the design. With Exclusivity, you can rest assure that your image is 100% unique to you and your brand. Exclusive Rights does not give you rights to resell the illustration (Commercial Licenses are required for this). Commercial Use Licenses are also available upon request for an additional fee.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. Backup:
Miss Pickle’s Design Studio is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to your blog or website content during installation or any time thereafter. You are responsible for backing up your content both before and after installation.
Widgets and Content:
Miss Pickle’s Design Studio is NOT responsible for rearranging any Widgets or Content listed on your Blog or Website. This is NOT included in the design, or installation services we provide. It is your responsibility to backup your files before and after installation and rearrange your own widgets and content after (NOT DURING) the installation of the design is complete.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. T&D reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Payment:

Payments are required to be paid 100% upfront. No design service or project will begin until full payment has been cleared and your order had made it to the top of our Client Waiting List.
Taxes:
All orders placed through Miss Pickle’s Design Studio are Tax Free!
Returns:
If you decide to cancel your design order prior to it being worked on, you may do so for a full refund. If you cancel your order after the design process has begun, but before you have received the first proof, you are subject to a mandatory 25% Project Termination Fee. If I put time into a design, I must receive payment for my time. If you cancel a design after you have received the first proof, you are subject to a mandatory 50% Project Termination Fee. Proofs include images and design work, as well as the time I put into the proof. Payment must be received for all of these things, and full refunds are not an option at this point.
Turn Around Times:
Please visit our Turn Around Times Page for a full list of Estimates. Please note that all turn around times are ONLY Estimates, and I will take whatever amount of time is necessary to complete your project at the highest quality, and to ensure you are satisfied with the end result.
Please be sure to check your email frequently (at least once a day) while your project is being worked on. I may have questions along the way, and if my emails go unanswered, your design will be delayed, or may loose it’s top spot on my Client Waiting List.
Clients who go MIA…
My time is extremely valuable and I set an ample amount of it aside for each project that I do. It is absolutely imperative that my clients stay in contact with me daily (if necessary) to answer questions, continue descriptions regarding ongoing projects, submit approvals of drafts, etc. If my emails go unanswered for up to 10 days after my last attempt to contact, the project will not be terminated, and NO refunds for the project will be issued. If this occurs, the unresponsive Client has not only wasted my time, but has also put me behind in other projects as well, costing me money. This is simply not acceptable, and will not be tolerated. Please respect my time, as you would like me to respect yours.
Other Conditions:
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Miss Pickle’s Design Studio signs them or not. I reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
